In 2006, Castelli engineered the first aero jersey for road racing, called “The Split Second”. They were considered crazy, since aero was acceptedonly for Time Trialists.The speed gainsproved tobesubstantial, and because of that Castellirevolutionized the look of the pro cycling peloton. Performance clothing was transformed.

This is now thesixth major editof the Castelliaero jersey. Each releasemore aero and formfitting.
