Our Nick in the factory never wants to wash his tech clothing, but he should! Washing your technical clothing clears our dirt and oils and makes it perform better for longer.

If you want to wash your waterproof of technical clothing, Nikwax Tech Wash is the tool for the job! Its a non-detergent soap so it restores your jackets breathability by clearing our dirt and oils and reviving its original durable water repellent (DWR). It also removes detergent residue (which impairs your jackets performance) from your clothing.

The DWR can start to wear off, in which case you’ll need to reproof your garment after-cleaning with wash-in reproofer. With wash-in reproofer you can revive your garments breathability and durable water repellency without affecting its internal wicking properties. Its optimised for reproofing breathable waterproof garments and for reproofing more delicate clothing that you dont want to put in the tumble dryer or washing machine.
