Red Yuzu Kosho Description:
Madewith chili peppers and yuzu grown in Okayama Prefecture, this Red Yuzu Kosho is packed inside an irresistibly charming Daruma container, featuring a vibrant red color.

Open the lid, and the refreshing aroma of yuzu greets you. Take a bite, and the chili peppers deliver a bold, spicy kick. The combination of fragrance and heat enhances the flavors of any dish. This versatile spicy seasoning pairs beautifully with soups like udon and miso soup, as well as grilled meats like yakitori and steak, sashimi, and chilled tofu.

Nyanyalade Description:
Yuzu Marmalade. A luxurious marmalade made with whole ripe yuzu grown in Okayama Prefecture.Awarded the Silver Prize in the 2023 “Best Bread Companion” competition, this marmalade features packaging and a name inspired by a white cat living in the Fukiya region, where our store is located.

The star of this product isYuzu pulp. Each seed is carefully removed by hand, and the pulp is gently blanched to remove bitterness. The slightly softened pulp is then combined with yuzu juice, peel, and beet granulated sugar from Hokkaido to create a rich and flavorful marmalade made entirely from domestically sourced ingredients.
