The only clamp kit youll need for servicing DVO suspension. Covers every shaft and damper body size used across the entire DVO lineup, from OTT coil systems to the latest 38 damper assemblies.

DVO sell their own service tools at a premium, but this kit gives you all the critical clamp sizes in one affordable package.

Warning: Never clamp directly on a shaft or damper body without the proper tool. Always clean with isopropyl alcohol and wrap in paper towel (1 layer) to reduce required clamping force.

Tech Notes:
– DVO OTT springs require care when reinstalling, grease the spring and apply blue Loctite on the sealhead
– The Onyx 38 uses a cassette tool for the top cap but relies on 26 and 29mm clamps for damper service
