How to Use It Properly

• Clean the shaft thoroughly with isopropyl alcohol to remove dirt, grease, or paste residue.
• Optional: wrap once with clean paper towel to increase friction and protect finish.
• Spray 12 times inside the clamp with alcohol to further improve bite.
• Seat the clamp fully around the shaft, never across logos, collars, or cable ports.
• Clamp evenly in your vise. If it slips, stop and re-prep rather than over-tightening.
• For oversize posts (like 34.9 mm), always review the Big Diameter Clamping Guide before applying torque.

Warning: Incorrect clamping, uneven pressure, dirt between surfaces, or partial contact ,can scratch or deform your post. For large diameters, follow the guide to prevent damage.
