SRAM makes eTap Blip Clamps for folks who want to run their Blips exposed on 31.8mm handlebars.

The Blip Clamps are simply plastic bands that go around Blips and secure into place with a tiny Philips bolt. The diameter is 31.8mm, the center-section of most handlebars these days.

As the clamp is round, it can be placed in any orientation. The nice thing with the clamp is that you can try different positions before deciding on what works best. Some will like it behind the bar, some in front, some underneath, and some might even find placing them on top to be ideal.
